Hello everybody! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! 🙂
I enjoyed a relaxed weekend at home with my boyfriend whom I had not seen for a week. We simply had to catch up with some quality time together – oh, how I missed those long hours just talking to him! Thankfully, I was able to have some productive time as well and here is the result – I present to you my new favorite summer bag and how I style it!
The bag is a Chanel Boy Bag dupe but, oh, how I wish I could be able to afford the original one day. I know that I will work extremely hard toward that fashion goal of mine. Life has taught me that if you want something very much and work constantly towards achieving it, one day you will accomplish your dreams. So, fingers crossed!
The bag is in this delicate camel color that simply goes equally well with almost everything in my wardrobe. It is the perfect day-to-night bag and I can combine it with so many and so versatile outfits as it can get! I think that the size corresponds to the Chanel Medium Boy bag so this makes it big enough to hold my wallet, phone, and some small bits of makeup. The camel quilted calfskin, the ruthenium hardware, and the camel leather padded shoulder/crossbody strap make the dupe look so similar to the original one. The only noticeable difference is, of course, the lack of the Boy signature CC push lock closure, but overall the bag is an extremely good dupe!
If you have the necessary financial means, you can shop the original (even though it is a second-hand but in pristine condition!) here, here, and here.
